If you receive an email containing wiring instructions supposedly from one of our employees, your real estate agent or any other "trusted" source, be aware that it could be from a cyber-criminal trying to steal your money.  Always assume any wiring instructions emailed to you are fraudulent until several steps of verification have been made (call our offices using an independently verified telephone number and not the number included on the suspicious wiring instructions.)

We provide these warnings to hopefully prevent you from becoming a victim of wire fraud. Please be aware that our offices are not responsible for funds you may lose if you initiate a wire using false or fraudulent wiring instructions.
