The lead Attorney and the firm's namesake is Nancy C. Maddox (ABJ, Bachelor of Arts from the Henry W. Grady School of Journalism and Mass Communications, 1995; Juris Doctorate, University of Georgia, 1998.) Ms. Maddox has been licensed to practice law in Georgia since  June 1999 and has owned and operated her solo practice since July  1, 2006. 

Ms. Maddox opened the firm's main office in her hometown of Jasper, Georgia in 2015, and has maintained her original office in East Ellijay, Georgia since 2006. Ms. Maddox has devoted her practice to Real Estate (closings, and litigation,) Estate Planning (Wills, POAs and Advance Directives for Healthcare,) Probate law (assistance with recent death, guardianships and conservatorships) Family Law (divorce and child custody,) and Business Law (forming companies and corporations and assisting with the transfers and sales of companies.)
